reality won't connect to mac

i just got the new reality phone. i cannot get it to connect to my mac for music. usb connect only charges the phone, it doesn't show up on the computer. micro sd card won't read on computer after formatted on phone. bluetooth is recognized but when i go to browse files it says "denied" even though they are public files and both devices are completely discoverable and connected.

i don't want to pay for rhapsody when i already have thousands of songs on my computer.

help please!!!!

Not sure what you did/did not do so far, but on the Mac you need to allow the phone to connect via bluetooth through the bluetooth control panel...you should be able to see the phone there, then select/add it ...and IF i remember right, the mac will give you a "pin" number that you need to enter in the phone...on the phone, you'll need to "find" the mac with bluetooth and then enter the for-mentioned pin..then syncing should work for file tranfers...numbers, music etc etc..

Again, IF i remember right (I don't have a cell/smartphone, and have done it twice for friends).

i finally got it to connect by the usb by changing a setting on the phone. bluetooth connects, just won't let me access files.

NOW....the phone power charges every time i try to save any changees (ringtone, picture id) and reverts back to default settings. i'm taking it back to the store tonight. had it less than 24 hours and it's been nothing but a headache!

Dude! tight! got to convert itunes to mp3, but holds mad tunes! I am super stoked and jamming via phone as I type this. Awesome! exactly what i was searching for!

all you have to do if you have a memory card you plug it in to the mac then you put it in to usb mass storage mode (settings/tools/usb mass storage) then when it pops up on the mac as a disk you open it then open the folder my music then just drag all the music you want inside!!

because I did what you said and it shows the icons "connecting" and the prompt to "connect to PC" and it did disable calling when plugged in to the usb port. BUT no joy.
